“This in-person public hearing will provide our learners, faculty, alumni and customers of the legal local community with the exceptional opportunity to witness a federal trial courtroom take care of evidentiary disputes pertaining to qualified witness testimony, damages and patent licensing agreements,” said Alisa Benedict O’Brien, assistant dean of job expert services at Akron Legislation.
“Anytime we are in a position to have an in-human being listening to at the regulation university, it provides a unique finding out option for our students, alumni and regional attorneys to broaden their authorized expertise.”
Prior to his affirmation, Choose Holte served as associate professor of law, David L. Brennan Endowed Chair in Law and as the director of Akron Law’s Center for Mental Home Legislation and Know-how.
